Frequently Asked Questions
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes we absolutely are!
Can you provide references?
Yes! We are working hard to increase our online presence to get more reviews on Google and Facebook, but in the meantime, we have numerous happy clients, instructors, and business associates that we can offer for references upon request.
Is your work guaranteed?
It’s not just in our name, it’s our goal…to do every job right, the first time. However, if any issues do arise, we do things old school and our word is our bond, we will do everything in our powers to fix it as fast as possible when it comes to labor or work(wo)manship. Our guarantee does not extend to parts or other warranty work, those would fall back on the manufacturers themselves.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Our preferred methods of payment are Cash, bank transfer via Zelle, Check (with valid ID), or CashApp (we dig payment methods that don’t charge fees on either end). When one of those isn’t an option, we can accept payments via credit card or PayPal, but those transactions will incur a 3% processing fee.

RV Air Conditioner Repair & Maintenance
When your Air Conditioner suddenly stops working, an amazing family summer outing can turn into an uncomfortable experience. We have the tools to diagnose A/C problems that other technicians may ignore since it’s easier to just remove the old one and put on a new one. However, missing a simple issue can be the difference between a $20 part and a $700 air conditioner. We have training and experience working on Dometic Atwood, Coleman, Airxcel, Furion, Advent, and more. Let our knowledge and experience keep you cool without killing your wallet.
RV Roof & Hail Damage Repair
It can be so easy to take for granted things like a non-leaking roof, unfortunately, situations with sealants can change rapidly and you can wake up one morning after a heavy rain to puddles in places they shouldn’t be. Every time your unit hits the road, it is subjected to earthquake like conditions which really puts strain on your seals and rig in general. The RV industry recommends you check your seals for cracks each and every time you travel, but for those who can’t do that, we recommend having an overall preventative inspection done at least semi-annually prior to the start of your travel season and it’s also a good idea to check again afterwards prior to seasonal storage to ensure your unit stays dry through the winter. We can check out all the seams, seals, and more to ensure your unit stays in tip-top shape and you avoid preventable issues that could cost thousands in damages if unaddressed.
RV Water Heater Repair & Maintenance
Your RV’s water heater is one of those things that often goes unnoticed until there is an issue. Many RV owners are either unaware or simply do not have the time to perform regular and necessary maintenance on their water heaters to ensure they continue to function efficiently and safely year after year. For example, if left unattended for too long, a simple issue such as forgetting to replace an anode rod can turn into a rusted tank that has to be replaced. Having cost effective, routine maintenance can save you hundreds compared to the purchase of a new Suburban, Dometic Atwood, Truma, or AquaHot unit.
RV Absorption Refrigerator Repair & Conversion
RV fridge not cooling evenly or at all? Things in the freezer less than solid? We can diagnose common problems and get you back to the right temps before you know it. RVs come with many types of refrigerators from 2 way (gas & 120v AC) and 3 way (gas, 120v AC, & 12v DC) to compressor (residential) style units. All of which may need repair from time to time.
In addition, many RV owners have recently been converting their original absorption style refrigerators to safer (by removing gas & absorption elements which are a known fire hazard) and more energy efficient compressor units. Ask me how!
RV Furnace Repair & Replacement
There’s nothing worse than waking up to frozen water pipes and icicles on your nose. When your heater goes out things can go south fast, especially when temperatures are below freezing. No one wants to suffer through the cold. We can help you avoid potential issues by cleaning and servicing your furnace prior to firing it up. Checking for insect nests (that can be a fire hazard), as well as making sure all the components are functioning correctly is an essential part of safe propane RV furnace use. If your unit does fail, never fear, we will be there fast to get you up and running again so you can stay toasty in your rig all winter long.
RV Jacks, Levels, Stabilizers, Awnings, & Exteriors
Have a jack that won’t go down, one that is stuck, or issues with controls? Many things can be fixed on your jacks & stabilizers without being taken into a repair shop, it often just requires some troubleshooting to get to the root of the problem. What may seem like a completely dead hydraulic jack could simply be a lack of proper oil level. Several components of Lippert, HWH, and Kwikee systems can be repaired on-site without the need for expensive tow bills or long waits at repair centers.
We can also repair and replace broken awnings, repair damage to exterior components (we do not do fiberglass repairs), and install exterior upgrades.

We service all makes & models of RVs, young & old!
